Poster: Wizards! Please help us! Duke Everlue has shut off the public water pipes and is selling small amounts for insane prices! Whether you take the Duke down himself or simply reopen the pipes, please help!
Description: Go to the town of Shirotsume and either confront Duke Everlue about the water supply or find a way to get the pipes running again. This won't be an easy task though, as the Duke has personal bodyguards and hired mercenaries to protect the pipes.
Reward: Follow the Jewel reward system.
